Year of the dragon...time to watch some movies.

1. Contraband
Trying to wash his hands off drug trafficking, John had to once risk again, this time in counterfeit bills for his useless brother-in-law.
Action packed, though I was a little distracted from sms-ing.
Interesting enough, but I won't watch it again.
2. Jack and Jill
The type of movie to watch during CNY.
Jill is like this annoying twin sister of Jack, always pissing Jack off in all matters.
Funny but not witty. It follows the typical plot of a pair of twins where one of them is like permanently pissed at the other, but after a series of events, finally realized that the saying 'blood is thicker than water' is true. And they hug and live happily ever after.
Watch it if you want a good laugh.
3. The viral factor
This is supposed to be the first movie of the year.
Simply because Jay Chou starred in it.
Extremely action-packed, because 90% of the movie concentrates on fighting, throwing grenades, firing off and trying to integrate viruses together to make a new virus to spread to the world.
My mom loved this, because it's action packed.
On the other hand, I kinda dreaded this movie when I saw the opening that this is produced (I think) by EEG (where Nicholas Tse is under), because most of the movies under that are crappy (or rather, those that featured Charlene Choi is bad).
Luckily it was alright.
And I loved the guys that played Jay's ex-superior and current superior (he acted in Point of entry, Channel 5) because of their english, which is super good and the accent!!
I could faint from that.
Jay's english... I can understand.
Also, the movie is international.
Tse speaks in Cantonese, and Jay speaks in Chinese. Jay's superiors speak in English. And that's how they communicate throughout the movie. This is epic.
